Spring Reset and Summer Markets are Coming! 📆

Spring Reset and Summer Markets are Coming! 📆

As winter starts to fade, this time of year always feels like a natural reset. The days get longer, people start moving more, and there’s a subtle shift toward wanting to feel a little better—eating cleaner, getting outside, and getting back into routines that actually support how you want to feel day to day. That’s always been what microgreens are about for us. Not anything complicated or extreme—just a simple, consistent way to bring something fresh and nutrient-dense back into your routine.

🙏
Thank You for the Winter Season

Before stepping into the new season, I want to take a moment to thank everyone who supported us at the Skokie winter market. Winter growing comes with its own set of challenges, and that market made it possible for us to stay consistent, keep improving our process, and continue showing up each week. Because of that support, we’re heading into spring in a much stronger position and are excited to expand into even more communities this season.

Staying Consistent (Even on Off Weeks)

One important change this year is that all of our Saturday markets will run on an every-other-week schedule. That means there will be weeks where we won’t physically be at your local market, even if you’ve gotten used to picking up from us regularly. Those gaps tend to be where routines fall off, which is why we’re offering a simple way to stay consistent. Setting up a bi-weekly delivery for the off weeks keeps things steady without you having to plan around the schedule—same harvest, same quality, just brought directly to you so you don’t miss a week.

Keep It Simple This Season

At the end of the day, this has always been about keeping things simple. A small handful of fresh greens each day can go a long way, and spring is a good time to get back to that baseline. Whether you stop by the market or set up delivery, the goal is the same—making it easy to stay consistent without overcomplicating it.

Looking forward to seeing a lot of familiar faces again this season, and meeting plenty of new ones along the way.
